Step 1. Schools fill out our advanced booking form

Step 2. Your consultant will book  attractions based on a draft itinerary as the attractions become available.This means our schools get consistency across they grade levels and continuity across the travel years

Booking in advance allows you freedom of choice and often better prices can be secured.It is also extremely important to allow enough time to submit paperwork to the Department of Education, formulate a payment plan and obtain/provide all required information & documents including passports and visa’s.

So when it comes to booking early – the old rule of thumb… it is never too early to start planning.
