Historic Fort Denison is an extraordinary place to entertain, celebrate, relax and reflect in the beautiful surroundings of Sydney Harbour.
One of Sydney’s best known landmarks, Fort Denison is set in the middle of the harbour, just a skip across the water by ferry and a stone’s throw from Circular Quay, Sydney Opera House and Woolloomooloo Bay.
Guided tours of Fort Denison are operated up to three times daily. The 30-minute tours are lead by NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service rangers, who take visitors around the island, exploring its colourful past, the distinctive Martello Tower, museum containing colonial artefacts, and other fort facilities.
