Bookings made easy with Away We Go Tours… Four simple steps to your next excursion.
1. Request a quote
- By phone, email or complete an enquiry form.
- Once we receive your quote request, one of our Quoting Team members will start developing your quote. When it’s ready to go, we’ll send it out to you. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
2. Return Booking Conditions
- Once you are happy with agreed itinerary & cost, sign & return our Booking Conditions.
- Our team will then make all necessary bookings on your behalf.
3. Receive your Confirmed Itinerary Pack
- Early Term 1, year of travel, you will receive a ‘Confirmed Itinerary Pack’. This will include a confirmed itinerary and cost, plus loads of valuable information & teachers checklists to help you plan your excursion.
4. Final Details
- Away We Go Tours will need your Final Details (gender breakdown & dietary requirements) a minimum of 4 weeks prior to travel.
- This will enable us to provide accurate rooming allocations, final itinerary & final invoice.
